Understanding the mandatory Veterans Enrollment Form

About the form
Students must complete TU’s mandatory VA Enrollment Verification Form every semester to access their benefits.
For calls/tickets with general inquiries about VA benefits, first question to ask is whether the student completed VA Enrollment form already.
TU VA Enrollment Verification Form (Frevvo form) can be found on Registrar website under Resources & Services > Student Veteran Services > Veterans Enrollment Form button (Location will remain the same on new Registrar website): https://registrar.tulane.edu/student-veterans-services
Troubleshooting access
For issues accessing the form, ask the student if they are enrolled in the term they want to receive benefits for.
If admitted but not yet enrolled, they won’t have access to the form. They must be enrolled in at least one course. Direct the student to register and try the form again.
If enrolled but still have access issues, ask them to use Firefox, which is the most reliable browser. Chrome is often problematic.
