UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Exceptions for a student are applied by entering an Override Edit in SHATAEQ.

Change the Articulate Ind from “Successful” or “None” to “Override Edit”.

Enter the appropriate subject, course, credit hours, equivalent grade as IP (for in progress) or TRF (for graded), 0 as equivalent mode, and save.

 Sarah's note - ENGL 1010

It’s rare I need to do this, but it’s helpful when a department approves a certain articulation for only one student but has a generic articulation for everyone else to input in SHATATR. It’s the exact same process of overriding to make the ENGL 1010 perform correctly.
