Students have the right to allow different records to be shared differently.
Need to upgrade BDM before we can get this in Workflow.
Student would fill out an online form that would write to Banner.
Currently advisors are entering this directly in Salesforce.
Banner feeds to Salesforce once per day.
Could roll this out in January for spring term. May not have the views we want to have, but we could have the link to put the holds out there.

ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
