Logging a damaged diploma
Diplomas may become damaged during shipment. When students contact us to indicate their diploma has been damaged in transit, we require confirmation that the diploma has been destroyed and then enter their information on the Working tab of the Reorder Log.
Response to the student
Respond as follows:
I'm sorry to hear that your diploma arrived damaged, and I'm happy to send you a replacement diploma. To maintain proper document control, please tear up your diploma and send a photo in a 'reply all' to this message.
Once we've ordered the replacement you can expect it to arrive within 2-3 weeks.
