Catalog Lifecycle 

October

  1. Prepare Reports of Catalog Roles and Users (nextcatalog.tulane.edu > Owner/Workflow Report)

  2. Update University Catalog Review Cycle Found here: https://registrar.tulane.edu/university-catalog-content-editing-instructions

  3. Review Catalog Editing Instructions / Make Updates as needed

November

Send Emails out to Schools requesting updates to users and roles

December

Prepare Catalog to be open in January (switch from Admin mode to editing mode)

January

Open Catalog for editing

Send each school the list of their pages that needs to be reviewed

March

Send reminder emails to editors/approvers about what is outstanding for their pages

April

Close Catalog for editing

Publish Catalog

Create PDFs of catalog

Archive Catalog and Advance NEXT Catalog
