A student’s active/inactive status is viewed and managed in SGASTDN or SFAREGS. The following instructions refer to SGASTDN.
In the SGASTDN key block, enter the student ID and term. Go.
You will see student data display in the Learner tab.
Create a new effective term. On the New Term field, click the lookup button. Select Create New Effective Term.
Enter the new effective term.
Change Student Status to the desired status. Save. If registration is opened, student should be able to register for the term. Save.
