Let’s define these terms.

Resignation from the term: Full drop (can be with or without record); only needed after 100% refund deadline.

• Students can drop all classes without recording SFAWDRL their last date of academic participation.

• OL resignation form captures also retention data, student loan grace period.

How do students resign?

• NTC completes OL resignation form and the OW hold is removed by the advisor

• Grad/SoPA - PDF OW hold is removed by advisor/director

Drop refers to removing a class from schedule without record. Can be full or partial (by course).

Add: adding one or more courses to a schedule.

Withdrawal - removing one or all course(s) from schedule with record.

OW hold put on when adm decision code is conf/dep.

With/without record: grade of W or without grade of W

BPL anonymous access

We can allow anonymous access.

If we allow this, everything defaults to anonymous view access, so we would need to lock down articles for our eyes only.

Why would we want this? This would help with providing materials to others on campus. I can see immediate use for the admissions processors helping us.
