Navigating Pages
Next block/section/Go | ALT+Page Down |  | Moves the cursor to the next information block in a form. If the next block is in another window of the form, that window will be opened. |
Previous block/section | ALT+Page Up |  | Moves the cursor to the previous information block on a form. |
Roll back/start over | F5 |  | Clears all information and returns you to the key block. |

Previous field | SHIFT+Tab | ||
Undo | CTRL+Z | ||
Redo | CTRL+SHIFT+Z | ||
Next record | Down key |  | Moves the cursor to the first enterable field in the next record. If the cursor is at the last record, a new record is created. |
Previous record | Up key |  | Moves the cursor to the first enterable field in the previous record. |
Select on a called page | ALT+S |  | Enters the highlighted value into the current field. Like of values uses “OK” as the select. |
Open menu | F9 |  | View and select from a list of available values |

Open filter/query | F7 |  | Opens a filter form and allows you to enter search criteria to locate existing information. |
Execute filter/query | F8 |  | In query mode, searches the database and returns records that match the search criteria. |

Cancel | CTRL+Q |  | Cancels a query and takes a form out of query mode |
Exit | CTRL+Q |  | Leaves a page to go Home |

Maintaining Pages
Insert/create record | F6 |  | Inserts a new blank record into a group of existing records. |
Duplicate item | F3 | ||
Copy | F4 |  | Duplicates previous record. |
Clear record | SHIFT+F4 | ||
Remove record/delete | SHIFT+F6 |  | Removes all information for the record. Saving after deletion removes the record from the database. |
Check/uncheck | Spacebar | ||
Save | F10 |  | Saves all changes since the previous save. Banner may also refer to “Save” as “Commit” in some messages. |

Open Banner menu | CTRL+M |  | Calls the Banner main menu |
Close Banner menu | CTRL+ALT+M | Closes the Banner main menu | |
View recently opened pages menu | CTRL+Y |  | |
