If an incorrect institution shows as a prior college on the student’s transcript, it was entered in SOAPCOL.
Enter the student’s ID and Go. Next block to Degree Details.
Click Delete.
Confirm by clicking the Yes button in the warning message.
Click Start Over.
In the Prior College block, click Delete. Save.
