Review and update GTVSDAX settings as necessary:
GTVSDAX sets global parameters that are not term-specific. Sometimes there are Banner or process changes that need to be reflected here, so it needs to be reviewed with each new term config process.
GTVSDAX settings can be found in Term Config Bible - Chapter 1 - Ongoing Registration Activities & Processes.pdf, section 1.1.
DO NOT set WEBDROPLST in GTVSDAX - this will be configured later GORTCTL!
