Current students request an enrollment certification verification via Gibson. Former students/alumni request through National Student Clearinghouse. If the student walked in to request the enrollment certificationverification, please see Providing an enrollment certification verification when requested in person.
Enrollment certification verification requests generate in the EnrollCert folder in Box.

Emboss the printed seal at the bottom of the page.
Deliver the certification verification as requested (email/mail).
Once the certification verification is printed or emailed, move it to the Processed Enroll Cert folder in Box and click the arrow to the next one. Then, Click the X in the top right corner to exit.
Note on Anticipated Graduation Date
If the current student needs to have the Anticipate Graduation Date on the enrollment certification verification changed, we can do that with constraints.
