Students with multiple degrees and degree applications will have more than one record. See sample below, student has applied for 3 separate degrees simultaneously: 1=BSBSM_UG, 2=BSCER_UG and 3=BSMAC_GR. Remember certificates are processed as if they were standalone degrees.

Once all grades are final, advisors will enter Latin honors. Departmental Honors‐Has Medical School awards only.
Institutional Honors‐ Latin & Departmental Honors, for undergraduate students. Comments‐Other Awards, entered in free form text.
