Create a group and enter courses in SHATATR

Identify which courses will be grouped as equivalent and the TU-equivalent course. Create a group when entering transfer coursework in SHATATR. If you are articulating a group of courses previously entered in SHATATR, group the courses by entering the next available Group number on each course in the group.

To enter articulation for courses that are part of a series or group, identify the primary course.  Only one course in the group is flagged as primary.

Enter Transferring Course Details for each transfer course. Make sure the non-primary courses have an AC (Active) status.

Add Equivalent Course Details only to the primary course.

Articulate in SHATAEQ

In SHATAEQ, enter all transfer courses in the group. Be sure to enter the same group number from SHATATR.

In the Articulation Ind field, click and select Override Edit. Enter the equivalent hours, grade as TRF and mode as 0.

  • For all courses to show up on the audit, each course should have credits greater than 0.

Articulate course, and view equivalent course, and roll to History.

Enter Override Edit(s)
