PINs can be batch assigned via the Appworx jobs listed below. PINs can be manually updated on SPAAPIN. Run CR-HOUS-004 to get list of students registered in REGR-4030 in the previous fall term.
Assign the 444 PIN to the students generated in the report - REG_PIN_ASSIGN_BATCH_C
Spring Scholars
Create PIN for spring scholar registration event
Assign this PIN to incoming Spring Scholars – get list from Admissions - REG_PIN_ASSIGN_BATCH_C
These students will also have advising holds placed on them (REG_APPLY_HOLD_C)
Zero-hour PINs – REG_PIN_ASSIGN_RAND_M
Assigns random PINs to students with 0 earned hours
Reserve one full day in November for 0 hour students
