Identify class-FGAC pairings

To control the scope of editing on a particular Banner screen, an appropriate FGAC cognate must be applied to the user’s account. We need to ensure that all appropriate users have the appropriate combinations to prevent changing restricted data.

When I assign Banner access, I want to pair appropriate classes with respective FGACs to prevent users from altering the wrong data.

We have little continuity on these pairings, and I only recently learned about one such pairing.
