Honorary degrees are those awarded once per year at commencement.

Each awardee receives 2 items - a diploma and a citation.

  • The diploma is different than the student diploma, with a different format/paper/size. It’s not recorded anywhere. Order two for each awardee in case of damage.

  • The awardee list and respective citations come from the president’s office. A citation is a paragraph read out about the individual’s accomplishments at commencement.

  • We order the diplomas and Colette makes sure the diploma and citation gets to commencement.

Ashley requested a PDF of what we ordered (diplomas) last time - we need ordering instructions.
