School/program-specific POT templates need to be created and emailed to the following:

Once all POT dates have been returned, check for common errors:
- must be 48 hours between last day to add to waitlist and dropping waitlist
- drop with record and without record dates cannot be the same

Hi Allys.

Attached is the prefilled template for you to review and edit the Med School parts of term for Spring 2023.

A part of term is a set of dates that takes place within a semester. Each part of term must have defined start and end dates, add/drop, and refund dates. This information is used to enable departments to build their courses in CLSS and ensure successful registration for our students.

Please review the attached prefilled template and highlight any necessary changes. This information should be returned to the me by the close of business on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

If you do not respond, the dates entered on this template will be used for term configuration.
