Request Effective and Charge Cutoff dates for term being configured from Pilman, Michael J <mpilman1@tulane.edu> & Passey, Tess <tpassey@tulane.edu>
Review and update SOATERM settings as necessary
SOATERM settings can be found in Term Config Bible - Chapter 1 - Ongoing Registration Activities & Processes.pdf, section 1.2.
Frequently the settings should just match previous term settings, but sometimes there are Banner or process changes that need to be reflected.
Effective and Charge Cutoff dates obtained from Tess Passey and Mike Pilman will be entered here.
Mike Pilman will reach out at a later time to change fee assessment settings.
Initially make sure they are set to “Batch Only”.
Midterm and Final Grades will be manually turned on and off by Registrar’s Office as directed.

Web Reg Dates:
Start Date can be a generic date, but it needs to be before first registration event (Honors Weekend in the spring). Generally, use 2/15 for spring registration periods, 10/15 for fall.
End Date must be the latest DC or WW date recorded in the completed POT template.
Colette can create new POTs in STVTERM if needed
