Seniors who need fewer than 12 credits in their last semester may request to be in a part-time status for their last semester. Students should work with their academic advisor to complete the Part Time Permission Form. The Part Time Permission Form is in Salesforce, and when approved by the advisor, it uses a workflow to notify RSS and Financial Aid.
When the email arrives to the RSS email, it’s our cue to update the student type.

Part time permission is indicated in SFAREGS
In the key block, enter the part time term and student ID. (Override any holds using “OVR”). Go.
Student Term tab
In the Student Term tab, change the Student Type to F (Continuing Full Time). Save.
