This process describes how the Registrar’s Office supports transfer articulation. Transfer articulation currently occurs for incoming transfer students under Admissions. Tulane students taking coursework in a transient status at another institution is supported by NTC Advising and the Registrar.

The following processes are done by the Registrar:

NTC Advising (Kevin Krivchuk) enters transfer coursework equivalencies only.

Transfer Articulation (Admissions - Sarah Casbergue) enters transfer coursework equivalencies and performs articulation for new transfer and new FTF students.

...

TU uses two methods of adding transfer coursework to a student’s record: via the transfer articulation process and by adding to SHATRNS. The SHATRNS method is approved by exception only.
