Term Configuration is the inclusive term we use for all activities surrounding student registration in an upcoming term. (need a better description)Term Configuration needs to be completed before any student registration activities can be performed. SOATERM needs to be configured before the course roll can take place. Upcoming Spring and Summer semesters will be configured in the fall, in or around October. The upcoming Fall and Year-Long semesters will be configured in the spring, in or around February.
NOTE:
Beginning in 2024, students will be registering for summer courses during spring enrollment periods as opposed to fall. This will require changes in term configuration processes that will be noted here, as the changes are made.
