Missing PoT from the website

Stephanie Davis will review, make needed changes in Banner, and relay approval to Denise.

Denise adds the events and generates a widget code in Localist and provides Duane with accordion text and the widget code, which he will add to the website.

Missing event from one or more PoTs (example: The NTC PoT is missing ‘Spring 2025 First day of classes (1)’

Denise adds the event, date, and tag in Localist, which would automatically publish to the academic calendar without action from Duane.

For each missing event:

• event text

• term

• PoT(s) that the event is missing from (the PoT code or its description)

Incorrect event text and/or date

Stephanie Davis will review, make needed changes in Banner, and will relay approval to Denise.

Denise makes the correction in Localist, which would automatically publish to the academic calendar without action from Duane.

If beginning or end dates change, Denise will relay changes to the date text in the accordion.

Stephanie Davis will review, make needed changes in Banner, and will relay approval to Denise or Duane.

Denise will make changes to the beginning/end of term dates if they have changed.

Denise will ask Duane to modify the accordion text.
