Students not previously employed by the university must complete a new hire packet.
As the student for their full legal name, TU ID number, and email. The hourly wage is $10/hr. Every year, they should receive a .50/per hour raise.
Send a new hire packet.
Payment Type (hourly)
Then create placement, search for the student (if they don’t populate, go to ‘new student hire packet’
Now the student gets invited to complete the packet
I-9’s-> section 1= can be processed on website
I-9’s-> section 2= need to be completed in person in the HR office at University Square, 200 Broadway
