Always house departmental-wide exams first
What DOESN’T need a room for final exams:
Grad courses
Courses at satellite campuses (BX, EL, downtown)
Courses with no meeting pattern (ex: independent studies, honors theses, research, practicums, most internships, studios, service learning, etc.)
