The most common reason for courses missing from the degree audit is an inaccuracy of the courses' pointers indicated in Banner.

Troubleshooting techniques
Using Degree Works, identify the level of audit that’s missing the courses. Note that the audit’s level reads from the student’s curriculum level in SGASTDN, which can also be used for troubleshooting.
Click the Degree drop down and select the audit missing the course.
Note the level.
Identify the current pointers for the missing courses.
For courses currently in progress, review the pointer in the Level field in SFAREGS.
For graded courses, review the pointer in the Level section in SHATCKN. See also: Viewing and interpreting pointers (SHATCKN)
Determine if the pointers match the level of the audit.
If not, open a request to change pointers or double-point courses. For example, if your audit is at the G2 level and the course’s pointer is at the GR level, you’ll need to request to change the pointer from one level to the other or to point the course to two levels.
If so, contact the Degree Audit team for additional troubleshooting.
