Blaine mentioned we can use an automatic feed , but to identify new employees. I’m not sure that’s necessary, but Colette’s expertise as access grantor would best inform. Because not all staff need Banner accounts/training, it doesn’t make sense to auto-enroll based on a feed of all new staff, for example. Staff who may not need Banner access may still need FERPA training based on the type of interaction they have with records.
