When the form is received by the Registrar’s Office, documentation is validated and if appropriate, the name change is completed in SPAIDEN.
Change the name in SPAIDEN
In SPAIDEN, enter the student’s ID. Go.
In the Identification block, choose the Name Type. If the Name Type is empty, choose WFMO Name Change. Tab.
Overwrite the correct name. Save.
