  • Use the roll-in document created above to edit the SFRCTRL table dump for the upcoming term

    • Summer is much simpler to set up, with most students rolling it all at once. The above processes do not need to be performed for summer terms.  Only some groups are singled out and given specific roll in times in summer terms.

    • For fall semesters, a June 1 PIN will need to be built and assigned for each day in June. June PINs will be assigned to incoming students (N and T student types) as part of their Slate-to-Banner feed. For spring semesters, a November 1 PIN will be built and assigned to incoming students.

    • Spring semester registration periods will have a full day devoted to zero hour PINs. These PINs will be randomly assigned to all registered students who do not yet have any earned credits (fall FTFs).

      • NOTE: Beginning in 202130 (question) AP and IB credits no longer count toward a student’s earned credits for the purpose of time-ticketing. This was enacted in an effort to be more equitable for students whose high schools did not offer these programs.
