Use the following structure:
Use a word/Google doc with the changes formatted like this example. Basically, all black text means it is unchanged text, blue text is new text (or text that has been moved within the page), and text with a strike-through is text to be deleted. You can also put notes (such as “delete green box”) in some manner that is clear.
