Why is the Commencement app data not correct?

Base query all lists in Commencement app are based on.

Commencement list view - controls all data in commencement app

Commencement app can be exported to create reading/marching list.

Change in code represents change in 2023 to accommodate Latin Honors visibility on marching cards.

WP/WF

Commencement lists app started before Banner. WP/WF codes started with Banner.

WF participating in future spring

WP participating not graduating

Commencement app never considered WF/WP.

Certified list only looks at degree awarded term.

WF/WP is for reading marching lists. true reading/marching list no one uses anymore.

Participating in Ceremony flag.

What is the select for each list in the Commencement app and in the Cognos reports.

Mark SHAGAPP as inactive? Need to dig into this.

Need to confirm whether we have to delete WP SHAGAPP before CG app. If we don’t, they both link back to the same SHAGAPP sequence number.
