Census is coming up and while I am ready! We have a great team in place and I know that we’ll get all of those tabs in the workbook clear. Doing regular maintenance has been helpful I think.
I did a big overhaul on our ServiceNow documentation: https://tulaneregistrar.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/REGISTRAR/pages/94666753 Worth every second I spent on it. I feel really ready for Thursday’s training.
I really need to get engaged on my fall goals. It seems like we’re having a hard time getting out from under our backlog, so I’m helping out as much as I can with incidents. I hope that once our new RSS staff gets trained up I can quietly excuse myself from the level of intense incident management.
I’m having the time of my life - just wish I had more time in the days.
ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
