Overview

This report is used by the Registrar’s Office to identify a variety of student coding errors. It is used in the leadup to census to ensure census data is as accurate as possible. Most of the tabs have an error column indicating why the record was flagged as a problem.

  • All registered students in a specific term

  • Student demographic data

  • Time status/registered credit info

    • Enter the latest, prior summer term

  • LOA start date

    • Enter the first day of POT 1 for the registered term

    • Lists all students coded FY

  • FTF-TRF_UNDER_12

    • Lists incoming NTC students who are registered in less than 12 credits (full-time)

  • NUN_OVER_11

    • Lists incoming SoPA students who are registered in more than 11 credits

  • COHORT

    • Lists students whose cohort code and student type do not match

  • FTF_DORM

    • Lists all FTF dorm assignments in the term

  • OTHER_ERRORS

    • Lists other unusual records like birthdate < 1950 or Banner dummy records

  • SUMMER

    • Lists students with summer-only coding in the previous summer

  • LOA

    • Lists any currently registered students who are coded as being on a leave of absence

  • DETAIL

    • All registered student info listed in the report
