Batch End-Date Student Attributes - REG_END_STU_ATTRIB_C
This process end-dates student attribute codes into SGASADD.
Prepare student list
Create csv file with the following format:
STUDENT ID
Do NOT include header record
Upload the csv file into Banner
Banner form: GUAUPLP
Process name: Student End Attribute import
Appworx request
REG_END_STU_ATTRIB_C
Parameters
Term Code - required
This will be the last effective term for the attribute
End Attribute - required
Four letter attribute code from STVATTS
Run Mode - required
Run in Audit (A) mode to check output
Text output can be put into Excel
Compare total to number of students on input file
Run in Update (U) mode to update student records
Verify
Check to ensure students’ records have been updated in SGASADD
