Enabling the Advisor tab in Gibson

Access to the Advisor tab is enabled in SIAINST in Banner.
Enter the user’s ID number and term.
Indicate the Status as A (Active).
Check off the Advisor box. Save.
In SGAADVR, add the user to 222002222 as an advisor.
ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
