Batch applying student cohort codes - REG_BATCH_APPLY_COHORTS_C

Overview

This APPWORX process will batch apply cohort codes to a selection of students.

Prepare student list

  • Create csv file with the following format:

    • STUDENT_ID

    • TERM_CODE

    • COHORT_CODE

  • Do NOT include header record

  • File must be named batch_cohort.csv

  • Upload the batch_cohort.csv file into Banner

    • Banner form:  GUAUPLP

    • Process name:  Batch Apply Cohorts Import
