Publishing the online academic calendar

Duane Pitre is our webmaster, and he publishes the content we give him on our website.

We need to provide him a document with the following for each part of term:

• Widget code.

• Accordion label text with the description of the part of term (as indicated on the master), and the start and end dates of that part of term (historically done via concatenation in Excel.

• The section the part of term falls under.

• The page the part of term should be published on.

Page is either “graduate” or “undergraduate”. See the following diagram for a mapping of tabs, sections, accordion label text, event title, and event date.
