Applying random zero-hour registration PINs to students - REG_PIN_ASSIGN_RAND_M
This process assigns random registration PINs to students with zero earned Tulane credits.
Fall registration PINs will be 300001-300009, spring and summer PINs will be 100001-100009.
NOTE: AP and IB credits do not count toward earned credits for the purpose of this job.
