Turning off access to SZADEGR - REG_SZADEGR_ACCESS_C
This process toggles off/on certifiers' access to make updates to the SZADEGR form.
Run this process to turn off SZADEGR access after the last certifying appointment during the degree certification period. This is done to prevent any new CGs being applied to students' records before degree conferral.
Run the process again, after degree conferral checks have been completed, to turn access back on during the addenda period.

The only output for this job is a log file that does not provide much useful information.
If inactivated, the “You are running in query only…” message should be displayed on the form.
