NTC Late Add Form
After the last day to add per the academic calendar has passed, NTC now requires (as of 202530) that a late add form be used by students in order to permit the request.
This is the outlined workflow and process:
The student accesses the form from the Registrar’s website
Student obtains signature from the faculty member. (If Freeman student, student checks with their Freeman counselor prior to the faculty member)
Student sends form to their NTC advisor
Advisor reviews the form and follows up with the student as necessary. The advisor should note the following when reviewing the form:
Credit hours- student is not going to go above 19 hours or 22 (if permitted by the policy)
Is this a repeat course?
Does the course have pre-reqs/ does the student meet these pre-reqs?
Are there any course conflicts?
Are any co-requisites required?
Advisor then submits the signed form as a ticket to the registrar’s team for processing
Registrar’s Records team reviews the Late Add form, processes the late add and sends a note to advisor when the late add is complete.
