Reassigning grade change approvers - REG_GRADE_CHANGE_REASSIGNMENT

How to Run

Access Appworx and look for module REG_GRADE_CHANGE_REASSIGNMENT

Parameters:

Input proper information for each field

1. Old User – Enter user name (jdoe1)

2. New User – Enter user name (jdoe2)

   1. NOTE: Older user and new user variables MUST BE filled to function. Use user’s username.

      Open

      

3. Select the user role of the individual being replaced

   1. Dean

   2. Chair

   3. Instructor

      Open

      

   4. NOTE: This will have to be ran multiple times if a single user is in multiple roles.

      1. IE, bbanner2 is a DEAN and CHAIR, it will be have to be run for bbanner2 in the DEAN position and then bbanner2 in the CHAIR position

          

4. Debug mode allows for user to run the job in an audit mode to verify the changing grade changes.

   1. NOTE: If planning to initially run in debug mode to verify changes, leave debug field as ‘y’. Else change debug field to ‘n’. It will default debug for every run unless specified otherwise.
