Running the Degree Verify process

Prompts

• Term Code (Current term is defaulted.  You can change to a different term if necessary.)

• Degree Status: AW (leave as is)

• Degree Period - Leave Blank

• Run Mode:  Use 3 to send to NSC    
  ·       Run Mode 1 – Audit / Error mode – Does not transmit to Clearing house
  ·       Run Mode 2 – Lists reported Students

  ·       Run Mode 3 – Creates the file and transmits to Clearinghouse.

• Sort Order: Default is 3

• Hold Codes: Leave Blank

• Banner ID: Y (use default)
