Troubleshooting a term syncing issue in EMS
If a term won’t sync in EMS (if you receive one of the errors below):
Try these steps:
In the EMS Desktop Client, navigate to the Main Menu: File → Show Main Menu
Press the following keys: CTRL+ SHIFT+ ALT + K (on a Mac: control+shift+option+K)
From there a window will open and you should see an option called "Campus Validation" - Run that.
Then hit the "Reset" button under "Reset Sync in Progress" field
Manually sync the term again
