Subject: Taking some time away
Hi All,
I am going to be out on a leave of absence starting next week (maybe late this week) until around late April. I won’t be monitoring my email or Teams while I’m away. I will miss you all, and hope to cross paths with you around town while I’m out.
Below are guidelines for escalating issues and questions.
For issues related to or impacting any aspect of graduation certification, escalate as follows:
Anything that seems to be a record issue (academic program in SFAREGS, degree application records in SHAGAPP and SZADEGR once it’s created) to Kevin Krivchuk.
Major/minor concerns that involve liaising with the major/minor program, start with your supervisor and escalate anything not readily resolved to Heather Cooper
Policy questions, Lauren Briggs
Degree audit issues that need to be reported to the registrar’s office (e.g., something not being applied as expected/intended), Kevin Estoque
Forms needing signatures:
Incomplete extension should go straight to registrar, without additional signature.
PDF resignations and COG, TBA. Use online workflow whenever possible for COG.
Course overload use online workflow (and moves to CAR exception request after last day to add this Friday)
