PRE-REVIEW

  1. In STVSBGI, execute a query to make sure the institution isn’t already in the database.

    1. If the institution isn’t found, Insert a new record.

    2. Enter the FICE code as the Source. (If not available use Tulane numeric schema - next number available starting with 9XXXXX)

    3. Enter a description (name of the institution)

    4. Enter C for College in the type field

    5. Save.

2. In SOASBGI, enter the address. In the Comments section enter the website and phone number.
