Problem statement

Transfer articulation at TU is a recent implementation, which is partial in nature. To coalesce around best practices, we’re establishing a transfer articulation community of practice.

Job story

When I run into problems with transfer articulation, I want to consult with other practitioners so I can get advice.

Current process

We currently have disparate pods of articulation: NTC, Admissions, SoPA, and Registrar (grad). Further, many schools are using the traditional method of SHATRNS to enter coursework rather than SHATATR + SHATATEQ. We have limited policies and guidelines on transfer articulation practice.

Objectives

Create a community of practice to bring together best practices and advice.
