Loading IDs from a .csv for bulk processing

Your .csv file should contain only TU ID numbers without a column header.

Go to GLRSLCT. Tab into the Selection ID field and type in your preferred Selection ID.

1. Use the following convention: XXcsvpopsel (where XX is your first and last initial. For example, I would use DKcsvpopsel.)

2. Note this because we’ll need it again.

Click Go. Enter a description and Save. (No established convention.)

Go to GJAJFLU. Go.

1. Click Select File and browse and select your file from your computer/Box. Be sure to note the file name - we’ll need it soon.

2. Delete after days - 2.

3. Save.

Go to GJAPCTL. For process enter GJRPSIM and REGISTRAR for the Parameter Set. Go.

1. Next block to Parameter Values.

   1. For the Selection ID, enter the Selection ID you created in the first step.

   2. For the File path on JobSub server, enter the file name in the Values field. (filename.csv)

2. Next block to Submission.

3. Save.

Go to GJIREVO. Click the lookup button on the File Name field.

1. Select the .lis file.

2. Close.

Go to GLAEXTR. Confirm the Application and Selection ID. All IDs from the .csv will display.

Navigate to your intended bulk processing screen. Set up the changes you want to make.

1. Look for the “Population Selection” section. Select your Application (REGISTRAR) and the Selection ID (from earlier).
