It’s possible. Suggest subgroup survey the larger team to learn of their current process and preferences around these populations.

	Identify what can be submitted via the description box in a ticket versus when a form is required.	IN PROGRESS	Rule of thumb: If there’s a form for it, attach the form. Must include authorization from all signatures represented on the form (we will accept emails). As long as AGRD opens ticket we will take that as signature.
