Revisit the content and governance of the resignation process - not started
Develop best practices for identifying students who are graduating and need to register but can’t due to grad app received hold.
Develop a trigger - this will take a lot of time. Could use a Slate report or BIA.
Identify what can be submitted via the description box in a ticket versus when a form is required.
If there’s a form for it, attach the form. Must include authorization from all signatures represented on the form (we will accept emails). As long as AGRD opens ticket we will take that as signature.
Understanding pointers and pointer management as it relates to registration.
