  2. When student registers for one of these courses, the Student Type is updated to R Student Type=Full Time Residency by overnight job (REG_STATUS_UPDATE_C)

  3. Registration in these course updates students to Full Time Status (Time Status=RS)

  4. Specific Courses Only in the Education Program (no one else can use this):

    • EDUC 5210        Residency Student Teach PK-3 (Fall)

    • EDUC 5220        Residency Student Teach PK-3 (Spring)

    • EDUC 5230        Practitioner Residency PK-3 (Fall)

    • EDUC 5240        Practitioner Residency PK-3 (Spring)

    • EDUC 5250        Residency Student Teach 6-12 (Fall)

    • EDUC 5260        Residency Student Teach 6-12 (Spring)

In April 2024, the Registrar (Colette, Nicole, Michelle, Denise) and Accounts Receivable (Mike Pilman) agreed that the same billing policies for the F student type should be copied and applied to the R student type. These policies were applied, tested, and moved to PROD.
