This process describes how the Registrar’s Office supports transfer articulation. Transfer articulation currently occurs for incoming transfer students under Admissions. NTC students taking coursework in a transient status at another institution is supported by NTC Advising and the Registrar.TU uses two methods of adding transfer coursework to a student’s record: via the transfer articulation process and by adding to SHATRNS. The SHATRNS method is approved by exception only.
